Rice Paper(50g), Carrot(20g), Egg(30g), Spinach(20g) Salt(0.5g), Pork(50g), Garlic(10g), Green Onion(10g), Cooking Wine (Mirin)(10g) Low-sodium Soy Sauce(20g), Sugar(10g), Whole Sesame(5g), Sesame Oil(5g) Pepper Powder(0.02g), Sweet Potato(30g), Tofu(20g), Tomato(20g) Onion(20g), Nuts(20g)
Finely julienne the carrot.

Separate the egg into yolk and white, make egg garnish with each, and julienne into about 5cm lengths.

Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water until vibrant green, drain, and toss.

Marinate the pork in garlic, green onion, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, whole sesame, and sesame oil for 30 minutes, then stir-fry in a pan.

Boil and mash the sweet potato; squeeze the water from the tofu with cheesecloth; and coarsely chop and mix the tomato, onion, and nuts.

Soak the rice paper in warm water, remove immediately, first lay the mashed sweet potato (⑤), then top with the prepared ingredients (②, ③, ④), roll up, and cut into bite-size pieces to finish.
