Flour(200g), Cactus Fruit Powder(20g), Mulberry Leaf Powder(20g) Gardenia Powder(10g), Watercress(20g), Tofu(30g), Squid(30g) Chopped Beef(60g), Onion(20g), Garlic Chives(30g), Bean Sprouts(30g) Green Onion(10g), Garlic(10g), Sesame Oil(10g), Pepper Powder(0.05g) Whole Sesame(5g)
Divide the flour into three parts, add cactus fruit, mulberry leaf, and gardenia powder respectively with water to knead, and let it age in a plastic bag.

Squeeze the moisture from the tofu in cheesecloth; chop the onion, green onion, and garlic; thinly slice the chive; and blanch the bean sprouts in hot water and finely chop.

Peel the squid and coarsely chop.

Mix the prepared tofu, onion, green onion, garlic, chive, bean sprouts (②), and squid (③) into the chopped meat, then add sesame oil, pepper, and whole sesame to make the dim sum filling.

Remove the aged flour dough and roll out wide with a rolling pin.

Cut the rolled-out dough into squares, fill with the dim sum filling, blanch watercress to make a string, tie the top of the dim sum, and steam in a steamer with rising steam for about 10 minutes to finish.
