    Finely chop the drained anchovy; remove the shell and innards from the abalone and score it; and julienne the zucchini, shiitake mushroom, carrot, and egg garnish.

    Add the anchovy seasoning sauce ingredients to the finely chopped anchovy to make anchovy seasoning sauce.
