🔍Remove the scales and innards from the cod and wash under running water to remove the fishy smell.
🔍Cut the watercress into 6cm lengths, diagonally cut the cheongyang chili and red chili, and wash the bean sprouts and crown daisy.
🔍Mix mugwort powder and flour, gradually add water (15g), and knead until smooth, then let it age for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
🔍Add the broth ingredients to the pot and boil for 10 minutes to make broth.
🔍Add chopped garlic and ginger, and once fragrant, add cod; once the cod is somewhat cooked, add bean sprouts, and once boiling, tear off and add the sujebi dough.
