🔍Add radish, pork, and kelp to the pot and boil; once boiling, remove the kelp, add rice wine and pond shrimp, boil over low heat, and once the meat is cooked, strain through a sieve.
🔍Trim the ends of the bean sprouts, tear the oyster mushroom along the grain, julienne the onion, diagonally cut the green onion and cheongyang chili, and slice the radish flat.
🔍Trim the base of the napa cabbage, cut into 3cm intervals, blanch, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out the moisture.
🔍Make the seasoning sauce and toss with the shredded meat and napa cabbage.
🔍Add radish, the seasoned meat, napa cabbage, bean sprouts, oyster mushroom, green onion, and cheongyang chili to the broth in order and boil thoroughly to finish.
