Follow the steps to see at a glance when and how each ingredient is used.
🔍Cut the green mung bean jelly into 4cm lengths and lightly toss with sesame oil and salt.
🔍Separate the egg into yolk and white, add a little salt to each, mix, and make egg garnish.
🔍Peel the cucumber in a spiral and julienne, julienne the carrot to the same length as the cucumber, trim the bracken fern to length, and julienne the shiitake mushroom too.
🔍Julienne the beef and season with green onion, garlic, sesame oil, and pepper.
🔍Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the prepared side vegetables (③) and chopped beef separately by ingredient.
🔍Mix bean powder into gochujang, add the stir-fried beef, and stir-fry again to prepare the gochujang sauce. Place rice in a bowl, top with mung bean jelly (①), the stir-fried vegetables and beef (⑤), and finish with the gochujang sauce.
