🔍Soak the LA-style short ribs in water to remove blood and bone dust.
🔍Grate the Korean pear and onion finely and prepare.
🔍Remove the blood from the ribs and marinate in Korean pear juice and onion juice.
🔍Add low-sodium soy sauce, bay leaf, whole peppercorn, oligosaccharide syrup, rice wine, sugar, water, and plum extract to the pot and simmer gently for about 30 minutes, then cool.
🔍Add green onion, garlic, sesame oil, and whole sesame to the boiled and cooled soy sauce.
🔍Add the prepared seasoning to the aged L.A. galbi and let it age for about another day, then grill in a pan to finish.
