🔍Peel the taro with a potato peeler and cut into 3-4 pieces.
🔍Cut the beef and napa cabbage into 5mm-wide pieces and diagonally cut the green onion.
🔍Soak the taro in light salt water (1 cup water + 1g salt).
🔍Stir-fry beef and chopped garlic in sesame oil, and once fragrant, add chili powder and stir-fry a bit more.
🔍Pour water into the stir-fried meat and dissolve in soybean paste.
