🔍Peel the tomato and cube; finely chop the onion, napa cabbage, bok choy, and bean sprouts.
🔍Grill the beef brisket in a pan and remove, then heat cooking oil in the same pan and add chopped garlic and the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until the moisture is gone.
🔍Add ground beef to ② and sauté, then add the prepared ripe tomato, bay leaf, white wine, and oregano, boil, and season with salt and pepper to make the sauce.
🔍Cut the glass noodles into 6cm lengths, boil in boiling water for 7 minutes, and add to ③.
🔍Layer wrap tofu → grilled beef brisket → sauce → mozzarella cheese in order and bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 8 minutes.
🔍Roll up the perilla leaf, julienne, and top to finish.
