🔍Stir-fry the anchovy in a dry pan.
🔍Add olive oil and cooking wine to the lightly stir-fried anchovy and stir-fry until softened.
🔍Soak the peanut in cold water for 20 minutes, drain in a sieve, and remove moisture.
