🔍(Filling) Chop onion, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, and chicken breast, sauté in an olive oil pan, add bay leaf and simmer, then season with chili, oregano, basil powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
🔍Add all the dough ingredients and mix on speed 1, add olive oil, and once mixed to just before the final stage, add chopped onion and carrot and mix to the final stage.
🔍After the first proofing (30-40 minutes), divide the dough into 3 portions of 70g each, round, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for intermediate proofing (10 minutes).
🔍Place the dough on your hand and press flat, add 40g of filling and 10g of mozzarella cheese, seal, and shape into a triangle. ★If the seam opens, the dough will burst while baking, so seal it carefully.
🔍Pan and let it proof a second time (30 minutes).
🔍Bake at 160℃ top heat and 180℃ bottom heat for 15 minutes.
