After teaming up with bassist Devin Hollister and, later, drummer Ramon Esquivel (who joined after taking a chance on a flyer), the trio evolved into a tightly-wound power-pop band known for inventive chord progressions, bittersweet lyrics, and a high-energy, uplifting live show featuring the impressive musicianship of each member. Horrifying visuals and strobe lights assault viewers between gabber kicks and pristine sound design CRY: Cry is the new collaboration between hardcore visionary Kilbourne and mutant techno explorer Relaxer. Fusing their respective histories in punk and electronic undergrounds, Cry sees both artists sharing vocal duties, bringing a seething confrontational intensity straight to the front of the mix. They recently released AD 140, their debut EP. Across its five tracks, AD 140 takes you straight to the center of the hurricane Sivil^3 Sivil3?s music and live performance feel darkly ethereal, corporal, sharp, and melancholic.
