Tour Entrance: American Airlines VIP Entry 7 Rideshare: Drop-off is at the Arbor Vitae Street entrance. Security: All guests must pass through security screening and bag check. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. Allowed Bags: Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon freezer bags, small clutches up to 4" x 6", and necessary medical bags. Photography: Personal cameras are allowed. Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, lenses longer than 6 inches, video cameras, and video recording are prohibited.

Your ticket is a revocable seat license. We reserve the right to void your tickets and refund your purchase if we discover you resell your tickets above the face value of the tickets. All Balcony seats require stairs. This is a cashless venue. This applies to all ticket sales, food & beverage purchases, and binocular rentals. All ages must have own ticket. No Cameras or Recording allowed. Re-prints/ re-issued barcodes for tickets not downloaded prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $5 Green Fee-- this includes tickets not properly downloaded. Disabled seating is reserved for the exclusive use of the disabled patron and their companion. The purchase or use of disabled seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection and/or for feiture of the ticket price.
