The purchase or use of disabled seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection and/or for feiture of the ticket price. Disney performances are tailored for a general audience. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. This theatre does not have an elevator. Doors open 1 hour before showtime. Bag check will be conducted at the entrance. Please allow extra time for security screening. Running time: 2 hours and 30 minutes, including intermission. There is a ticket delivery delay in place until two days prior to the event. Tickets will not be emailed until then. Tickets are only available online until the delivery delay is lifted.
