🔍Add the meat-boiling ingredients to the pot, and once boiling, add the pork to cook.
🔍Slice the eggplant flat lengthwise; rinse the kimchi and julienne into 5cm lengths; julienne the green bell pepper and onion the same length; and slice the ginger and garlic thinly.
🔍Lightly heat olive oil in a pan and lightly grill the eggplant.
