🔍Coarsely chop the onion, green onion, carrot, and garlic.
🔍Heat oil in a pan, and once warm, quickly stir-fry the prepared vegetables (①) and cool.
🔍Add the quail egg to cold water with salt, boil for about 5 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water, and peel.
🔍Mix the stir-fried vegetables and salt evenly into the prepared rice, then wrap around the prepared quail egg.
🔍Roll the rice-wrapped quail egg in a mixture of flour and starch, then roll again in egg wash and coat with bread crumbs.
🔍Once the frying oil reaches about 170℃, deep-fry the prepared quail egg evenly until colored to finish, and serve together with chili sauce.
