🔍Soak the ribs in cold water to remove the blood.
🔍Blanch the ribs in boiling water.
🔍Add shiitake mushroom, green onion, garlic, onion, and ginseng to cold water, add the blanched ribs, and boil for about 2 hours to make galbitang.
