🔍Cut the glasswort and chive into 1cm lengths. Cut the green chili, red chili, and radish into bite-size pieces, and slice the garlic.
🔍Dissolve glutinous rice flour in 1 cup water to make paste.
🔍Add glasswort and sliced garlic to 2 cups water to make broth.
🔍Salt the radish with this water. Do not discard the water used to salt the radish; mix it with glutinous rice paste to make the broth.
🔍Mix the prepared broth with glutinous rice paste and strain through a sieve.
