🔍Peel the Korean pear and grate to make juice.
🔍Toss the beef with Korean pear juice and rice wine to let it age.
🔍Julienne the cabbage, onion, perilla leaf, and shiitake mushroom; slice the green onion and carrot flat into 5cm lengths; and diagonally cut the green/red chili.
🔍Mix soy sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, sesame oil, chopped garlic, and pepper to make the sauce.
