Cut the tomato (100g), radish, carrot, garlic, and onion small, and fillet the salmon into 2 long pieces.
Blend tomato (250g), strain through a sieve, and reduce with bay leaf for 3 minutes.
Add small-cut tomato, radish, carrot, garlic, onion, and salt to the reduced tomato and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add water (250ml) and boil for 5 minutes.
Boil the buckwheat noodles in 800ml of boiling water for 4 minutes, rinse in cold water, and roll up in the filleted salmon.
Once the cheesecloth-lined steamer is steaming, add the salmon wrapped in buckwheat noodles and steam for 3 minutes.
