Separate only the florets of the cauliflower, and cut the sweet potato and onion into bite-size pieces.
Cut the lamb into bite-size pieces, season, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Toss the marinated meat evenly with the prepared vegetables and garlic, and stir-fry in a medium-heated pan until the sweet potato is slightly cooked.
Add seasoning and mix evenly with the ingredients.
Microwave the sweet pumpkin for 5 minutes, and once cooked, cut off the top slightly, remove the seeds, and stuff with the lamb and stir-fried ingredients.
