Julienne the onion thick, slice the button mushroom keeping its shape, slice the garlic flat, and cut the tomato into 6-8 pieces.
Boil the tagliatelle in vegetable broth (6 cups) for 13 minutes and drain.
Heat olive oil in a medium-heated pan and cook the flat-sliced garlic golden, then add onion and button mushroom and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Mix noodle water (1 cup), turmeric powder, and fine chili powder evenly, add tomato and stir-fry, add plant-based cream and soy milk, and once boiling, add dried tomato and boil for 1 minute.
Add the boiled tagliatelle and stir-fry evenly so the sauce soaks into the noodles, then sprinkle with pepper.
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley and pink peppercorn, and finish with basil leaf and baguette.
