🔍Blend squid, shrimp, carrot, and onion, mix in egg white and knead, shape into meatballs, and deep-fry in cooking oil preheated to 160℃ for about 4 minutes.
🔍Lightly stir-fry the red bell pepper and green bell pepper in olive oil.
🔍Blanch the yangjangpi noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, and blanch the dried wood ear mushroom in the same pot.
🔍Toss the yangjangpi noodles with sesame oil so they don't stick together, roll up, and place on a plate.
