•Potato starch, which is low in salt and rich in potassium, was used instead of flour. •Instead of salt, I added spices and lemon juice to enhance the flavor. •Instead of sugar or honey, we added a small amount of oligosaccharide to give it a sweet taste while lowering the calories.

Finely chop the onion and perilla leaf, and wash the cocktail shrimp thoroughly and finely chop.
Add seasoning to the chopped onion, perilla leaf, and shrimp, mix evenly, and knead to make the shrimp mixture.
Briefly dip the rice paper in hot water (4 cups), remove, and place on an oiled cutting board.
Put the shrimp mixture in a zip bag, cut off the tip with scissors, pipe the mixture onto rice paper, and roll up to make shrimp sausage.
Heat cooking oil in a medium-heated pan, add the shrimp sausage, and grill golden until the surface turns white.
Place in a bowl and brush garlic sauce on top to finish.
