🔍Thinly fillet the white fish, season with salt and white pepper, and remove the moisture from the fish fillet.
🔍Julienne the bamboo shoot into 5cm lengths, blanch in boiling water, and toss with salt and sesame oil; julienne the green/red bell pepper the same length and stir-fry in a pan, seasoning with salt.
🔍Soak the dried shiitake mushroom, slice thin and julienne, season with salt and sesame oil and stir-fry, and julienne the sliced cheese to the same length.
🔍Layer 2 fish fillets from 1, sprinkle starch on top, add the prepared filling, roll up, coat the outside with starch, and steam for 8 minutes.
🔍Blend pine nut, water, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and soy sauce to make a milky sauce.
🔍Serve the finished braised dish with the sauce.
