Cut the radish and napa cabbage into 1x4x1cm pieces.
Cut the beet into 2x4x0.3cm pieces.
Cut the carrot decoratively.
Peel the apple, blend with water in a 1:1 ratio, and strain through a sieve to remove the solids.
