🔍Peel the sweet pumpkin, steam in a steamer for 5 minutes, and mash.
🔍Julienne the potato and shiitake mushroom, and finely chop the soaked gondre greens.
🔍Add the soaked rice, julienned potato and shiitake mushroom, soaked gondre greens, and water (20ml) to the pot and boil over high heat for 5 minutes 30 seconds.
🔍Spread the potato gondre rice thin on an oven pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ to make scorched rice.
🔍Mix dried fruit, roasted walnut, and roasted almond slices evenly into the mashed sweet pumpkin.
🔍Nicely arrange the sweet pumpkin mixed with dried fruit and nuts in a bowl, and top with gondre scorched rice, raspberry, and yogurt.
