🔍Separate the cap and base of the shiitake mushroom, and finely cut the cap.
🔍Cut the zucchini, potato, and onion into bite-size pieces, cut the watercress and chive into 3cm lengths, and thinly slice the green onion and cheongyang chili.
🔍Add kelp and shiitake mushroom stems to water, and once boiling, remove the solids to make broth.
