🔍Add the broth ingredients to the pot and boil for 10 minutes, then remove.
🔍Chop the garlic, julienne the onion, and cut the zucchini into flat half-moon shapes.
🔍Cut the sweet napa cabbage into 5cm pieces, cut the green onion diagonally, and slice the tofu 0.5cm thick.
🔍Mix shiitake mushroom powder, raw soybean powder, and broth (50g) into the soybean paste.
🔍Dissolve soybean paste in the broth and boil, adding chopped garlic, pumpkin, onion, and sweet napa cabbage in order.
🔍Once boiling, add dried shrimp and green onion and boil briefly more to finish.
