🔍Add bonito flakes to the kelp-steeped water, soak for 10 minutes, strain through a sieve, and cook the rice.
🔍Season the pork with salt and pepper and grill.
🔍Julienne the onion, shiitake mushroom, and enoki mushroom, and cut the chive to the length of the mushroom.
🔍Add low-sodium soy sauce to the broth and bring to a boil, then add onion and mushroom and boil.
🔍Once it boils again, evenly stir in the chive and egg, and boil without stirring further.
🔍Place rice in a bowl, top with pork and bean sprouts, and pour in hot broth to finish.
