Cut the cherry tomato into quarters, thinly slice the avocado keeping its shape, wash the romaine thoroughly and drain, cut the onion, green onion, and watercress into 4cm lengths, and slice the garlic flat.
Heat olive oil in a medium-heated pan and stir-fry flat-sliced garlic, onion, and green onion for 1 minute.
