🔍Dry the chicken thigh and tenderloin with a paper towel, blanch in boiling water, and cut into bite-size pieces.
🔍Score the tomato, briefly blanch in hot water, peel, and dice; halve the cherry tomato keeping its shape.
🔍Peel the onion and potato and dice. Trim the base of the spinach, wash thoroughly, and cut into bite-size pieces.
🔍Place the prepared chicken, onion, and potato in a bowl and toss with gochujang, chili powder, chopped garlic, soy sauce, and allulose.
🔍Add to a heated pan and lightly stir-fry over medium-low heat, then pour in water and boil. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat, add spinach, and cook with residual heat.
🔍Plate and finish by serving with boiled spaghetti.
