1. We used the savory taste of dried kelp and bonito flakes to complement the boring taste. 2. By using fragrant ingredients such as wild chives and perilla oil, we have increased the flavor and reduced the amount of sodium used. 3. The amount of sugar used was reduced by using citron extract and onion powder.

🔍Add room-temperature green tea and dried kelp to a bowl to make green tea water. Wash and clean the bean sprouts and wild chive thoroughly. Cut the cod fillet into bite-size pieces and dry with a paper towel.
🔍Blanch the prepared bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain. In a pan, add the blanched bean sprouts, brown rice, and bean sprout rice seasoning and stir-fry. Turn off the heat, add bonito flakes (5g) and finely chopped wild chive, and mix to make bean sprout rice.
🔍Mix all the cod fillet seasoning in a bowl, add the prepared cod fillet, and microwave for 3 minutes (based on 700W).
🔍Finely grind whole sesame, bonito flakes (5g), onion powder, and chili powder in a bowl, and sprinkle over the cooked cod fillet.
🔍Place the bean sprout rice in a bowl, top with the cooked cod fillet, and garnish with egg garnish.
🔍Warm the green tea water with the kelp removed and pour over the bean sprout rice to finish.
