Cut the onion, carrot, tomato, and bell pepper into bite-size pieces, and cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Toss the chicken in yogurt (1 cup), garam masala (1Ts), coriander powder (1Ts), cumin powder (1Ts), chopped garlic (1Ts), paprika powder (1Ts), and salt (0.5ts), and marinate for 15 minutes.
Melt butter (2Ts) in a medium-heated pan, add chopped garlic (1Ts), onion, carrot, and tomato, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add water (⅓ cup), the broth ingredients, and fresh cream and boil; once the carrot is cooked, finely blend with a hand mixer and strain through a sieve.

Skewer bell pepper and chicken alternately, grill in a medium-heated pan until the chicken is cooked, place curry in a bowl, and finish with the chicken skewer and baguette.
