🔍Cut the pork loin to about 4cm thickness.
🔍Mix dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and ground whole peppercorn in a bowl to make an herb mix, and coat 1 evenly.
🔍Heat a pan with olive oil, grill both sides of the loin until browned, wrap in aluminum foil, and cook thoroughly in the oven.
🔍Slice the onion, and peel and core the apple and slice thin.
🔍Heat oil in another pan and stir-fry the onion and apple until light brown while the meat cooks through.
🔍Once the meat is fully cooked, remove, slice to an appropriate thickness, and serve with sautéed onion and apple.
