Cook the carrot, spinach, and apple in water, then blend each separately to make puree.
Soften the butter in a bowl, mix in salt and honey to dissolve, and add egg in 2-3 portions to make cream.
Sift cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder into 2 and mix lightly.
