🔍Briefly blanch the mussel in boiling water, and purge the grit from the clam in salt water.
🔍Remove the stem from the shiitake mushroom and slice, julienne the onion, and deseed the red bell pepper and green bell pepper and julienne into 5-6cm lengths.
