Chop the onion and garlic, cut the potato, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-size pieces, and separate the broccoli into florets.
Season the drumette and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a medium-heated pan, stir-fry chopped onion and garlic until the onion browns, add white wine and stir-fry until just covered, then add bay leaf and whole tomato, mash, and boil for 5 minutes.
Mix in turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, basil powder, and oregano powder, let cool slightly, then blend finely to make the tomato sauce.
Heat butter in a medium-heated pan and grill the seasoned drumette on both sides until golden, then remove.
Stir-fry the prepared vegetables in the same pan, add the grilled chicken drumette and tomato sauce, boil for 10 minutes, then add fresh cream and grated parmesan cheese and simmer down to finish.
