🔍Soak the chicken in milk and marinate for 20 minutes.
🔍Add water (1.5L), chicken, samgyetang tea bag, and salt to the pot, boil for 30 minutes, drain, debone, and shred into bite-size pieces.
🔍Boil the buckwheat noodles in 800ml of boiling samgyetang broth for 4 minutes, drain, rub with ice to cool, and roll up.
🔍Blanch the perilla leaf briefly in 500ml of boiling water for 1 minute, drain, spread out, top with shredded chicken, perilla sauce, and basil, and roll up.
🔍Blend the broth ingredients and strain through a sieve.
🔍Place the buckwheat noodles and perilla leaf roll in a bowl and pour in the broth to finish.
