Slice the king oyster mushroom thick keeping its shape; remove the stem from the cherry tomato and score a cross shape; and score the squid body diagonally and sprinkle with pepper.
Toss the cocktail shrimp with seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes.
Add king oyster mushroom and cherry tomato to a medium-heated dry pan and grill golden, then remove.
Grill shrimp and squid in the same pan until the surface color changes, then remove.
