Trim the thick base of the asparagus, and wash the perilla leaf thoroughly and drain.
Finely blend the perilla leaf pesto ingredients, and mix all the yogurt sauce ingredients.
Spread the chicken thigh wide, top with perilla leaf pesto (4Ts) and parmesan cheese, add steak seasoning and parsley powder, roll up, and tie with string to hold together.
Heat cooking oil in a medium-heated pan and cook the rolled chicken thigh as if deep-frying for 5 minutes.
